CertAlert is a software-as-a-service tool that helps landlords track compliance certificate expiry dates and receive automated email reminders. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis.
CertAlert is a reminder tool, not a legal compliance service. We do not guarantee that using CertAlert will keep you legally compliant. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your properties comply with all applicable laws and regulations. CertAlert does not provide legal advice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertAlert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to regulatory fines or penalties.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CertAlert after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
